Now hiring · Remote appointment setters

We have more people saying "yes, I'm interested"
than we can physically call.

That's the whole job. You call the people who already raised their hand, follow a script we've already proven, and book them onto a closer's calendar. Realistic $3,000–$5,000/month. Our top setter is past $6,000.

Experienced setters only · Full-time, US Eastern hours · Remote, worldwide

Every one of these numbers is shown on screen or said on camera in the video above. (The dashboard's queue counter maxes out its display at “100+” — the real backlog is far bigger.)

Read this part carefully, because it's the whole reason this job exists.

TaskBlink runs personalized cold outreach for B2B agencies — web design, software, marketing, SEO, automation. Our system crawls a business's website, finds what's actually broken on it, and reaches out with a specific, personal message: here's what's wrong, here's how I'd fix it, here's what you can expect.

It works. So well that we now have a problem: over a thousand business owners have replied "yes, I'm interested" and nobody has called them back. They're sitting in a queue. Every day that queue grows faster than we can work it.

We're not hiring you to generate interest. The interest already exists and it's piling up. We're hiring you to pick up the phone and convert it — and we'll pay you for every appointment you book that shows.

Why this isn't like the last setter job you had

You've been burned before. Here's what's actually different.

Most setter roles hand you a scraped list, a half-written script and a prayer. This is the opposite of that.

01

These are not cold calls

Every single person on your list has already replied to our outreach saying they're interested. You are not interrupting a stranger. You're calling someone back who asked to be called.

02

The script already works

Complete SOP, word-for-word cold call script, recorded call examples, and video training that walks you through the exact process. You are not inventing a pitch. You're executing one that's already producing.

03

The product actually delivers

Dozens of filmed client case studies and industry demo videos — real customers saying what they made and how fast. You'll never have to defend a product that doesn't work.

04

The list will never run out

Millions of contacts in the database and a custom scraper that finds more on demand. The bottleneck here is dials, not leads — which means your ceiling is your own output.

05

One setter did 125 in 30 days

That's not a projection, it's what's already on our calendars. You're not being asked to prove the role is possible. Someone already did.

06

You get paid weekly

Every Wednesday. Not net-30, not "at the end of the month," not whenever the client pays us. Wednesday.

The money

Uncapped, paid weekly, and the math is simple.

No games, no sliding scales, no "we'll discuss it on the call." Here's exactly how you get paid.

Do the math on yourself.
Drag the slider to however many qualified appointments a day you honestly think you can book.

Based on 20 working days a month. Performance-based estimate — your actual earnings depend on your output and your show rate. Nobody is guaranteeing you a number here, including us.

Read this before you apply: the hours are not negotiable.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time. You'll be calling American business owners during their business day. That's the only window this job exists in.

We don't care where in the world you are — we care that you're on the phone, every day, in that window, consistently. If those hours land at 3 AM where you live and you know you can't sustain that, please don't apply. It's not a character flaw, it's just not this role.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
The actual job

What your Tuesday looks like

No mystery. This is the rhythm, every day, and it's the same every day on purpose.

9:00 AM ET
Open the dialer to a queue that's already full
Positive replies from our outbound are waiting for you when you log in. You don't build the list. You don't prospect. You work the queue.
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Dial. Follow the script. Qualify against the checklist.
125+ dials a day is the minimum, and the setters clearing $6K+ are doing 200+. You're the gatekeeper — only prospects who genuinely fit and are genuinely ready get through to a closer.
Throughout the day
Respond fast to new positive replies
When someone replies to our email or SMS outreach, speed is everything. We'll train you on the system that surfaces them to you in real time.
As you book
Put qualified prospects straight onto a closer's calendar
You set, you don't close. Your job ends when a qualified, ready-to-talk prospect is booked and confirmed.
5:00 PM ET
Tracker updated, EOD report submitted
Dials, conversations, bookings. Short and honest, every single day. We track everything here — that's how we know what works and how you get paid accurately.
Be honest with yourself

We're looking for killers. That's not everybody.

We'd genuinely rather you disqualify yourself here than waste a week of both our time.

Apply if this is you

You've done this before — real appointment setting or outbound phone sales experience
Clear, confident, neutral spoken English — US business owners understand you effortlessly
Comfortable in a CRM and a dialer — GoHighLevel is a strong plus
Your own reliable laptop, a proper headset/mic, and a quiet room
Stable internet and a real backup plan for power or connection outages (load-shedding included)
Coachable. You'll take the script as written before you start improvising on it
You want your income tied to your output, not to a clock

Don't apply if

This would be your first phone sales job. This is not an entry-level role and we won't teach you the fundamentals.
You can't reliably work 9–5 US Eastern, every weekday.
You're looking for something part-time, or to run this alongside two other gigs.
125+ dials a day sounds like a lot to you. Top earners here run 200+.
You need to be chased for your numbers, or daily admin feels beneath you.
You want a guaranteed salary regardless of results. Your upside here comes from performance.
The bar

What "doing well here" actually means

So there's zero ambiguity about whether you're winning.

2–4 qualified appointments a day that show up

Not booked — shown. That's the number that matters and it's the number you're paid on.

Dial and conversation targets hit

125+ dials a day, consistently — that's the floor, not the goal. Top earners run 200+. Volume is the one input you fully control, so we hold you to it.

Clean daily admin, no reminders

Tracker updated and EOD report in, every day, without anyone asking. The setters who do this are the ones who last.

How to apply

Four steps. The whole thing takes about 10 minutes.

Applications are accepted only through the form. Please don't DM or email — if you can't follow that one instruction, you can't follow a script.

1

Fill out the form

It won't take you forever — but take your time and answer properly. We read every one.

2

Record the script segment

There's an audio section where we ask you to read part of our actual script out loud. This is the most important part of your application.

3

We listen

We're listening for one thing: does this person sound like someone a US business owner will stay on the phone with? Skilled or clearly trainable both count.

4

Interview with Kyle

If it's a yes, we call you. You'll talk directly with Kyle, the owner, and one other team member. No six-round HR process.

About the voice recording: don't rush it and don't over-perform it. Find a quiet room, read it the way you'd actually say it on a call, and submit it. A calm, clear, natural read beats a hyped-up one every single time.

Straight answers

The questions you're already thinking

Are these really warm leads, or is that just marketing?
Really warm. Our system emails and texts business owners a personalized message about a specific problem on their website. The people you call are the ones who replied saying they're interested. In the video above, Kyle shows the actual queue — over a thousand people sitting there right now who nobody has called. That backlog is why this job is open.
What if I book appointments and they don't show up?
That's exactly why qualification matters and why we pay on shows, not bookings. Booking someone who was never going to show helps nobody — not the closer, not the company, and not your paycheck. The script and the checklist are built to filter those people out before you book them. Follow them and your show rate takes care of itself.
Where do I need to be located?
Anywhere in the world, as long as you can work 9–5 US Eastern consistently and your spoken English is clear enough that US business owners never have to ask you to repeat yourself. We have no geographic restriction beyond that.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, every Wednesday. Not net-30, not at the end of the month, not when the client pays us. Wednesday.
What training do I actually get?
A complete SOP, the full word-for-word script, recorded cold call examples, additional supporting scripts, and video training that walks through the exact process step by step. It's all built and it's all documented — you're not being handed a phone and wished luck.
What am I actually selling?
You're not selling — you're setting. Your job is to qualify the interested prospect against our checklist and book them onto a closer's calendar. The closer handles the sale. Your job ends at a confirmed, qualified appointment.
Is the offer any good? I've had to defend garbage products before.
We have dozens of filmed case studies of real clients naming what they made and how quickly — and industry-specific demo videos for every vertical we reach out to. You'll have proof of results for the exact industry of whoever you're calling. That's a very different phone call than defending something unproven.
How many people are you hiring?
A small number, and we're being selective — but we're hiring right now and we're serious about scaling this. We'd rather bring on two people who can genuinely execute than ten who can't.
What happens if my power or internet goes out?
You need a backup plan before day one — a second connection, a mobile hotspot, an inverter or battery, a co-working space, whatever fits your situation. We're realistic about outages happening. We're not flexible about a setter who disappears for a day every time one does.
How fast will I hear back?
We're actively reviewing applications right now. If your recording sounds right, we'll reach out to set up an interview with Kyle and one other team member. Strong applications move quickly — this queue isn't getting any shorter.

The queue is full. The script works.
We just need someone to pick up the phone.

If you've read this far and you're thinking "this actually seems different" — you're right, and you should apply. If it's not for you, no hard feelings, and thanks for reading honestly.
